“but it was mentioned that the O’Dwyers were offered their money back TWICE by Karayiannas. Second time round it was their money back plus interest, yet this was declined as they wanted their money back plus interest plus the increase in property value plus lawyers fees.
The frst offer of a refund apparently came before Mr O’Dwyer started to post recordings of conversations with the developer. Surely taking this action was provolking and un-necessary?”

“Well the programme was ‘interesting’ to say the least. Conor has always denied that he was offered his money back by Karayiannes, which Karayiannes had always said he had done so, the programme stated more than once, that Conor was offered his money back but that he wanted more in the way of compensation
There was a lot the programme didn’t mention, but obviously they were limited on time.
I doubt Conor will have been happy with the broadcast which is probably why he wanted it stopped/postponed.
I’m ready for the abusive replies !”

“Why is everyone suprised the press didn’t do as they were told? I wonder if they saw something in this case that others with jaded glasses refuse to see? I’m sure poeple would have loved the media to jump on the bandwagon, and obviously are upset that they didn’t blindly jump as others have, the way I see it, the program makers would make it as best they can to show a hellish situation, if they have not done that to your satisfaction, maybe you should re-check the case Lets face it, if there were justification to tell you the sky is purple they would, but if it is really blue with a touch of red on the horizon, they cant really call it purple!
Just maybe they decided they could not call a spoon a spade!
The CY courts have not sided with your ”home team” now the UK press havn’t, maybe the sheep are lost, thats what happens when you follow blindly without question!”
