We have visited Cyprus, particularly the Protaras area for 7 years running and had thought about investing on every visit. With Cyprus joining the EU we were determined on our last visit that we must invest now or regret it later. We spent half of our holiday visiting Estate Agents and developers and literally visited Karayiannas just as we were about to give up. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and somebody that spoke English and understood exactly where we were coming from. We were whisked off to several properties in areas we had not thought of or heard of. Our confidence in this developer grew and grew as they had the right answers to all our questions, were more than helpful and genuinely cared about us making the right investment. We finally finished our holiday and went home with all the information we needed. When we returned we decided to contact Karayiannas again, they immediately remembered us and the properties we were interested in. The commitment, professionalism and helpfullness of the whole team were outstanding. We visited our apartment this year and were amazed at how wonderful it looked. The Karayiannas team had even organised the delivery of the electrical appliances and furniture for us. We cannot thank them enough, it is a dream come true with no problems encountered and everything just as we hoped. We have already spread the word about the team and will continue to do so.
